Output issues with SICStus Prolog 4.0.2

Hi!

When using SICStus Prolog 4.0.2 as the Logtalk back-end compiler, you may find some output issues when writing to the default output stream (at least on MacOS X). Examples of these issues are intermixed output and getting the output suspended until you hit return. These issues should be fixed in SICStus Prolog 4.0.3.
