Hi!

A Logtalk CIA.vc page is now available for those of you that want to keep an eye on the changes to the unstable Logtalk version:

It looks like there is a problem with the complement predicate, it looks like the rules : complement(A, B) :- ^^complement(A, B) doesn't work when added to one of the examples. This is what i did : i first tried to run tweety.lgt as it is by default, and when i try to prove : tweety::prove([fly(twe...

Logtalk tabling support

Hi! You may like to know that I've just committed a simple example of tabling to the Logtalk Subversion server (revision 3712). This simple example illustrates using of tabling directives within objects. It requires a back-end Prolog compiler supporting tabling such as B-Prolog, XSB, or YAP (compile...

Re: PWIG and logtalk + SWI

Hi I t has been exasperating that I am unable to build the latest PWIG for logtalk under Win32. The PWIG home page ( http://pwig.sourceforge.net/ ) seems to not be updated since 2004 (the date of the latest release, 0.6.2 is December, 16th). You will probably need to update the Logtalk support to m...

Re: DNS problems with the CVS domain: workaround

Due to switching of the Logtalk hosting provider, the domain "cvs.logtalk.org" may not be working. Please use the domain "cvs.di.ubi.pt" in the interim. Sorry for the incovenience. The "cvs.logtalk.org" domain name should be working again. If you still get an error, please wait a few hours and try ...

Gorgias port

Hi! I've made a quick Logtalk port of Gorgias, a general argumentation framework that combines the ideas of preference reasoning and abduction. The original Prolog version is available from the URL: http://www2.cs.ucy.ac.cy/~nkd/gorgias/ The Logtalk port can be downloaded using the URL: http://logta...
