Multifile predicate bug fixed on SICStus Prolog 4.0.7

SICStus Prolog 4.0.7 fixes a bug in the redefinition of multifile predicates. Multifile predicates are used in Logtalk in the representation of internal runtime tables. Thus, it's possible that this bug also affects Logtalk when running with SICStus Prolog versions older than 4.0.7.
